Yes, I trust them. I am very pleased with my purchase. I must admit that I was worried about receiving what was pictured, but I was not disappointed and my wife was impressed. The cs staff was very helpful and answered many of my questions during the ordering process. Thank you guys! My only comment on this doll is that the weight is a bit too much to maneuver it into the right position, as the doll has no muscles to move, but stays in place while you play, so that is a compromise. But its realism is unsettling.
